Redlynch Cleaning Services’ scope of work is designed to cover all key areas of a working office, from individual workstations through to shared spaces, so every part of your premises is maintained to a high standard.

We’ve outlined what's typically included in a standard clean for an office with desks and up to five staff. Services can be scheduled that suits your business, with additional periodic services available for tasks such as window cleaning or deep carpet cleaning.

Workstations & Desks

• Wipe down desk surfaces (clear areas only, not personal items/paperwork)
• Clean and sanitise phones, keyboards, and monitors (exterior wipe-down)
• Empty and reline desk-side bins
• Spot-clean visible marks on desk surfaces

Kitchen

• Wipe down benchtops and splashback
• Clean stovetop and exterior of oven
• Clean exterior of fridge, microwave, and other appliances
• Wash up dishes left in sink (if included in scope)
• Clean sink and taps
• Sweep and mop floors
• Empty and reline bins

Bathrooms

• Clean and sanitise toilets, basins, and taps
• Clean shower and/or bath
• Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces
• Mop floors
• Empty and reline bins
• Wipe down cabinet exteriors

General

• Vacuum and mop throughout
• Dust and wipe down high-touch points (handrails, switches, handles)
• Tidy and straighten common areas
• Cobweb removal in reachable areas
• Clean ceiling fans
